I’d like to think all work environments are loving, caring and supportive. But the reality is that people are flawed and so are organizations.
Not all conflict is bad, though. Conflict can spark innovation, a greater understanding between two parties and even creativity.
Then there is the other type of conflict we experience at work. The kind that keeps us up at night and causes great stress. We may vent to coworkers, avoid particular particular people at work or even dread going to work at all.
